A Story of Becoming

Healing brought you here, but becoming starts now. As a woman who has walked through childhood and adult trauma and supported others for more than eight years as a clinician and trauma therapist, I understand both the darkness and the promise of new beginnings. Many women reach a point beyond therapy where stability is hard-won and a desire for meaning grows louder. Her Journey Forward was born from my passion to serve this next chapter - transforming life after trauma into a season of growth, spiritual alignment, and wholeness.
